WASD or Arrow Keys to move, Space to jump, You have a red sphere that is placed in the same position as your mouse position and with that you can decide where to shoot or where to build turrets.
In the main menu you can select the difficulty in the middle sign.

Sometimes in the map randomly spawn powerups that can be used to easily kill enemies.
In the bottom right corner you can find 3 turret icon, if you click one of those they will placed as the next turret.
